Obama’s health care reform will likely pass in some form even with the efforts of those who have bravely railed against such lunacy. The dorks on Capitol Hill aren’t concerned with a majority of Americans who oppose such poppycock. Neither are these elitists troubled that the States are being sucked of every ounce of power which the constitution squarely reserves to them. In my estimation, these political punks are starting to look ...

Josh you should read more of the Site, Nullification has been successfully implement many times, So far the only times the Feds really respond is when its either a political issue with a great deal of concern or it has to do with their check book.

Most all other nullification are generally ignored.

nice reference to the first time nullification was proposed (and then failed, though you forget to mention that)

do you remember the second time nullification was attempted? it was right around the late 1850's and early 1860's….i seem to remember the issue of nullification causing some sort of pretty bad thing around then….but what the hey, we might as well try again

A minor victory is better then a total defeat, and they already have proposed Federal Tax Escrow accounts. Implementing it will be difficult as you can bet your bottom dollar the feds will pay attention when you start messing with their money just like the mob boss. That means our states need to be sure they are prepared before they do that, they also need numbers. cause it will cause a Constitutional ... See all content

Replace "The dorks on Capitol Hill " with "The lords on Capitol Hill" Other then that outstanding article. I agree 100%, Power corrupts, and their "health-care reform" really has nothing to do with health-care at all and everything to do with their own greed for power and control over the people. A people depended entirely on government will be less able and inclined to ... See all content

Successful nullification of national health care, gun, or drug laws will be only minor victories until some state has the courage and resolve protect its citizens from the IRS. The feds may be willing to let you opt out of mandatory health insurance, but if they can still pick your pocket to fund their ponzi schemes, they still win, and you still lose. Find a way to account for and nullify federal ... See all content
