Indies are breaking overwhelmingly for Christie, and this could spell trouble for Democrat Corzine. It stands to note that the Democrats have a very strong coalition in Jersey, so the sway of indie voters may not influence the as strong as it did in Virginia.

If Republicans and conservatives are winning it means the elections are insignificant local elections of no national importance and say nothing about the mood of the country regarding Obama and the Democrats in Congress.
If any go Democrat then it is a microcosm for the whole country and is a resounding affirmation of Obama's agenda for that hopey changey thing.
