Delaware’s GIS Day Events | Delaware Geographic Data Committee

Coordinating of the use of GIS data and tools in Delaware.

During the day, groups of Delaware fifth-grade students will visit the museum and enjoy a variety of activities focused on GIS data and tools, GPS, geography and navigation. Plans include an Earth Balloon, a flight simulator, a geography game show and more. The GeoEducation in Delaware[8] committee has reached out to Delaware schools to invite them to sign up for the event.

a GIS Day open house[9], at which the public at large can visit many of the same activities at the Museum.
