Pentel Brush Pen Doodle Over Copic Scribble

A recent conversation about the Pentel Pocket Brush Pen inspired some doodling last night with an earlier test of the Copic Sketch Marker BG93 serving as a soft, sage background. I love how similar the use of the brush pen is to using a real Chinese brush.

Thank you. Yes, the Pentel does have bristles. The plant leaves were all made with a single stroke by varying the pressure from extremely light to fairly heavy. I haven’t found a felt pen that can produce that kind of line. Would be interested to hear of one that can.
