It's hard to be an enthusiastic Dem voter when the party as a whole STILL bends over backwards to placate the screaming meenies on the right and ignores our concerns at every opportunity.

You can accuse the Republican party of a lot of things but they do "right" by their base when they are in power. Democrats even with a filibuster proof majority can't do a goddamn thing for us.
