I crawled out of bed at 6:30am.
I drank my electrolytes.
I did 25 laps in my garden.

I’ve done the walking bit enough that I am getting better at predicting/interpreting data. It seems I haven’t reached my limits, there have been no injuries, so I feel safe in increasing laps more than I was.

Sorry to hear of the migraine. I’ve never had headaches like that so I don’t know what it’s like, but I’ve seen people go through them and it doesn’t seem like any fun at all. Glad that it is getting over quick.
And 25 laps is great! You were aiming for 1 more each day and you exceeded that, so congratulations!
