Dawn: We have some knowledge about some drinks; not all of them . I’m a big fan of dessert drinks like that which you made. The presentation is beautiful. I haven’t done that before.

Adding milk, skim milk, or some type of cream before it goes in the blender smoothes out the drink. It will turn it more into a drink….and thin it out somewhat. You have to test and decide which type of milk/cream works best for you.

The picture is scrumptious. I wanted to add a strawberry and mint leaves.

Most alcoholic dessert drinks are appropriately weak, with very little alcoholic content. Your recipe is appropriate. My suggestion for adding vodka should probably only be added if one hasn’t had any alcohol or much alcohol during dinner. OTOH; if its drunk as a cocktail…yeah…go ahead and spike it a bit with some vodka.
