I hate feeds like this, b/c nobody talks about the application itself. I decided to provide some info:
SelfControl can be used on websites like digg.com, collegehumor, etc. When it comes to e-mail and facebook though, it does a poor job of blocking. Every 3 to 4 clicks you can usually get through, even if you delete your history and cache.
