More info on uberVU

uberVU helps you regain control of The Cloud. Because uberVU is just an interesting way for you to keep track of all your content in this distributed world.

Basically, you’ll be using uberVU to:

  • publish content such as blog posts, classifieds, pictures, videos, news, press releases or any other type of structured content, from one central location. More control and flexibility. Makes sense. Think of it as your publishing headquarters.
  • see and interact with the responses you get to your content. So if you post some content on 2 different blogs, you’ll be able to see what people from both blogs have said about it. And you can even respond to them, so that the conversation continues

We could go on for pages about what uberVU is going to be, how it will revolutionize your life, how you’ll be addicted to it, bla, bla bla…But you can read more on the blog. And because seeing is beliving below are some screenshots.

Things you can do with uberVU

Do you keep hundreds of photos scattered around your apartment, or all of them in a few albums? Thought so. You can now do the same with your content. Have all your blogs, photo albums, videos in one place. Even if you have them published on 10 different platforms.

You have a great idea for a blog post, and you want to share it instantly. You do your writing, and then start editing. But wait, that picture just won’t align properly. And the text spacing looks awful. The post should have been on your blog an hour ago, but instead, you’re still formatting the text. Fun, fun, fun.

Well, editing CAN be fun. With the proper editor. Which we happen to have inside uberVU. Say bye-bye to painful formatting.

Log into Wordpress. Start writing. Post. Log into Flickr. Upload your photos. Log back into Wordpress. Edit your post to include a picture. Then do the same on Blogger. And so on.

Not anymore. You can now do all that from one place. Just drag and drop content, pictures and videos with our kickass content editor. It’s so cool, you’ll be loving it instantly.

You’ve just posted a picture on Flickr. And then inserted it in a blog post. But isn’t the blog post AND the picture about THE SAME THING? Then why would you have to go to 2 different places to see what people have said about THE SAME THING?

Isn’t it easier to just log in and see the responses to your content, all in one place? Why should it matter where you posted it?
