I too have to be careful if I sneeze or if I go into a coughing fit from inhaling a drink. I also have to wear pantyliners when I do my 30 Day Shred dvd because the jumping jacks and jump ropes make me leak. = ( I have to consciously remind myself to do kegels.

My grandmother recently had to have a surgery to fix a less severe form of this. As vital_statistix states in a different comment there are different degrees of vaginal prolapse, my grandma was either a 2 or a 3 I don't really know.
