So let me get this straight…We’re fighting a war against people, who’s religious beliefs we can’t fathom, some of them want us DEAD because of their interpretation of those beliefs.

To fight against these nut jobs, our country is arming our troops with weapons that are stamped with Christian bible verses that only some of us even believe in? Like the weapon carries an argument for this countries stance on a belief.

What the hell is wrong with this picture?!

I’m with you Mark, when and how did the Pentagon approve this shit! Atheist or Jew troops, do they have a choice? This is just put upon them to carry these weapons because some powers that be think this is a christian nation?

I was labeled as a child and lived with the ramifications. It’s just wrong.

I raised my sons to think for themselves. I did not tell them what to think.

Wouldn’t it be great if kids were just taught to be good humans and to relish being who they are with no preconceived notions of what that should be.

To value the life we have without constantly dwelling on what happens when its over.

I’m not afraid of non-existence. But I was haunted as a child by the thought of hell and worried if I would measure up enough to avoid it. Very real concerns when watching the adults in my life teach me one thing and then not practice what they preached! ... See all content Hide content

The other day, I disagreed with a Facebook friend on the issue of abortion, he told me to “go back to worshiping the devil”. I was quick to point out that an atheist not only rejects the belief in gods or religion of any ilk, but doesn’t believe in SATAN (pronounced like Dana Carvey) either!
