As you know, Sid, I’m also a big fan of enjoying the process itself . There usually isn’t much point in achieving lots of things if you hate the process.
If anyone likes my article enough to click through to my blog, I like to make them feel cozy and welcome. They deserve it after the long treacherous journey through the cyberspace.

I’ve been hearing about those crystal deodorant thingies quite a bit.
I’m a bit hesitant to try them, because being an antiperspirant, they might block your lymph system. Then again, I’ve been reading up on that lately, and the whole blocked-lymph-to-bad-health link is dubious.
I think I might give them a shot. How long have you been using them?

@weonbin:
Oh well. It’s about time they started manufacturing one-size-fits-all skin too, eh?
@oztaurus:
Alright, I’ll have another look into these crystal deodorant thingies!
I think I’m slowly but surely turning properly caveman here. When I start blogging on stone tablets, please hit me with a clue stick.

Also, when you’re feeling blue, have a look at Avatar. The Na’vi are blue. Yet they’re awesome. Ergo you’re awesome
(Don’t question the logic, just think it )
@Lana:
Cheers, glad you like it!

The only image I stole from you was the one saying “Subscribe (RSS – Email)”, but you’re right, I shouldn’t have done that.
I’ll probably change it a bit more soon anyway. I spell “e-mail” with a dash

Spot on, I’m always learning new interesting traits (or “habits”) – so much fun and so useful!

Very informative article, Glen, good job!
I noticed a similar thing recently. I spent one whole day playing around with my website design until I finally got it a way I liked it (I had to learn quite a few things in GIMP in the process). When I finished and looked at my blog, I thought “Yeah, now THAT looks good!”
Also, as you noticed, I virtually copied… ummmm…
some random successful blog’s “subscribe” box and under-post thingy
Definitely better reader conversions now! At this rate, I’ll bust through the 1000-subscriber mark within a week or two!

@David:
Exactly! I’d say “feeling alive” is a pretty good way of describing passion for me. Maybe passion is overused and meaningless in the PD niche now, and “feeling alive” is the new buzzword :p
@Tim:
I was totally going to name it “What 6 guys (and 1 gal) with big mouths and strong opinions (who sometimes get it right and sometimes
don’t) think of personal development”, but it wouldn’t fit on twitter.
So I had to call you a “guru”. Nyah nyah

Yeah, that’s why I said “almost none of the answers are the same”. I noticed both you and Glen said “awareness”
Yeah, it’s not a one-word thing… but I still found it interesting that everybody still picked a different concept to focus on.
