Soooo frustrating. I have a suggestion, though. I think you should email your blog post to your local newspaper and news stations. See if anyone will run your story. a) It will get the message out re Google Adsense, and b) it will show the public (and Google’s consumers and advertisers) that Google is not operating trustworthy business.

Well, from reading with comprehension what has been written, if the Judge awarded $50k, and the Regional Council only asked for $40k, then it would be going to the plaintiff, the Regional Council, wouldn’t it?

Unless you think Judges can just award costs to whomever they please in such cases….

the blue moose does good flavored and regular drip coffee, but they aren’t my first choice for espresso.
