It seems a bit harsh to call a nine year old wrong because of his opinion of a movie.

I think maybe nine is too young to really appreciate it though. I’m 25 and while I can appreciate the movie and the greatness that is Jimmy Stewart, I don’t like the movie. Aside from the dance at the gym where everyone falls in the pool the movie is awfully sad and full of disappointment. Now maybe that’s how life is sometimes, and yes, George finds his way in the end, but I like my Christmas movies to be a bit more happy and a little less full of angst. Give Carter a few years and he might change his mind, or he might be like my brother and condemn anything that is more than 20 years old. ... See all content Hide content
